ROAR!® Women’s Network Launches Ghana Division

On Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 2:00PM CST/8PM Ghana Time, ROAR!® Founder, Madame Chairidee Smith swore in incoming Executive Regional Director - Ghana, Madame Gracelynn Adulyn as the new leader for ROAR!® Ghana.

The swearing in ceremony was well-attended and the organization is launched with 25 members! The incoming director is an ambitious leader with plans already to cover the country, launching several “sub-regions”, meeting the needs of women business leaders throughout the country.

Our Incubator Launch for ROAR!®-Ghana

The Ghanaian Division of ROAR!® Global launched with a 10 month long business incubator and business development curricula focused on establishing a scaleable business infrastructure, becoming attractive to foreign and domestic investors.

Our Vision is Vast and The Future Is Bright.

Vision for ROAR!® - Ghana: Think-tank, hub of business innovation and global collaboration.

Upon graduation of the incubator which is expected to be December 13, 2022, our plans for 2022 - 2023 are to secure a state-of-the-art-brick-and-mortar media studio complex as a hub for our think-tank, hub of innovation, and on-going collaborative meeting space. Secondly, we plan to provide a salary for our leaders, and hire skilled, full-time staff. Finally, there are plans to provide start-up capital for each business meeting the criteria of business planning, etc.
