Her Excellency Ambassador the Honorable Dr. Chairidee Smith, also known as Ms. Mogul® is the President of The Global Mogul® Center for Leadership, USA & Ghana. She is an international business leader, emissary, philanthropist, and humanitarian. H.E. Amb. Hon. Dr. Smith is a renowned speaker featured in 39 countries and a subject matter expert in leadership development, global women's affairs, entrepreneurship, and international business.
Ambassador Dr. Smith is now the creator of the Mogul® app. Now in beta testing, this app is a global hub for US businesses to build global brands, centered around the global economic development in Africa, promoting and engaging AfCFTA, the African Continental Free Trade Agreement.
In 2022, Ambassador Dr. Chairidee Smith re-launched ROAR!® Global, featured in 4 continents specifically in Ghana, Botswana, the UK, the USA, and in Latin America entitled, “10X Your Business Through Strategic Collaborations: Building Global Bridges”. This summit highlighted economic and business opportunities amidst Africa’s free trade environment and in the Diaspora.
In 2023, Ambassador Dr. Smith hosted a very successful trade mission to Accra Ghana, garnering the agreement and support of His Excellency John Agyekum Kufour, Fourth and Former President of The Republic of Ghana and Former Chairman of the African Union to do business and commerce with The Global Mogul Center on behalf of the Diaspora. Dr. Smith was also sworn in as the US-African Diaspora President of Pilot International’s Women Economic Forum Africa, nominated and sworn into the International Affairs Committee of the World Conference of Mayors. Additionally, Ambassador Dr. Smith joined the Africa Trans-Africa Economic Summit, Friends of the African Union, and United Nations Permanent Forum for the People of African Descent and is an advisor to various PIOs promoting the economic, social, and environmental advancement of Ghana and other African nations.
In 2024, expanding her international profile Ambassador Dr. Smith established diplomatic, economic, and professional relationships with business and political officials in East Africa’s Kenya, Uganda, and Ethiopia with plans to expand development projects in those regions. She has since been appointed a U.N. Peace Ambassador via The United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), one of the six principal organs of the United Nations, responsible for coordinating the economic and social fields. She has dedicated this half of her professional life to advocating for African diasporan and African economic advancement.
Dr. Smith is a trusted business strategist, real estate investor/CEO, global business mentor, and forward-thought leader. Born in Tupelo, MS, Ms. Smith has traveled the world, experiencing business and leadership success, however, she’s never forgotten her familial roots or the people of Mississippi. Ms. Smith is a trusted advisor and partner with local, state, and business leaders in the region. She has been honored in print and television media with the Key To The City of Tupelo from Mayor Jason Sheldon and Councilwoman Nettie Davis, donating her book to the Oren Dunn Museum as a part of their historial Black American Residents exhibt for posterity, and in the Tupelo Tour and Book Signing for her acclaimed book, The Roar Of A Woman. Ms. Smith featured highly successful signings at the historic Gum Tree Book Store and the Barnes and Nobles Book Store in partnership with Starbucks™.
Most recently, Ms. Smith launched The Foundation™. Ms. Smith had the honor and responsibility of traveling to Ghana, West Africa as an economic developer, economic researcher, and business developer by invitation of Oklepeme Nuer Anorbaah Sasaraku II, Konor (King) of the Yilo Krobo State of Ghana.
Her mission was the purpose of discovering viability of new or transference of business development, particularly in the area of real estate.
While on the ground, the mission expanded to focus on entrepreneurial ventures, women in business, and partnerships with educational institutions of higher learning, ministers in government, and local business owners to facilitate a more comprehensive foundation and ecosystem for business health and growth for those re-locating to the Yilo Krobo Tribes.
