Our ROAR!® Cause
We have a “generational” perspective in approaching the cause of women’s leadership. We believe and demonstrate that women AND girls are worthy of leadership development, economic opportunity, and the right advancement.
Our Cause: Legacy Leadership Institute® and Girls Global Leadership Day® (with UN’s Day Of The Girl Child)
This led us to adopt economic empowerment of women as our primary cause, specifically addressing the widening economic and achievement gaps for women.
Most notibly Ms. Smith represented our Houston-based organization in the Houston #MeToo initiative, as the Public Policy Director for the Nation Association of Women s Owners (NAWBO), Ms. Smith championed expansion of HR 5050 Bill, legislating more investment and banking.
